Snow train
Not kids
Just to forewarn you, I’m about to post a few pictures that ARE NOT of the kids. Feel free to stop reading now, if you’d like. :)
I have a magic window in the bathroom, and two oxsalla plants that LOVE it. I have practically killed these plants, many times now, but whenever I put them by the bathroom window they come right back to life. The green plant was down to just a few skimpy leaves a few weeks ago, but after a few days by the bathroom window it’s thriving again. The purple plant has been dead (dormant, probably) for months now! I pretty much had a pot of dirt sitting on the shelf collecting dust. I almost tossed it, but decided to put it by the bathroom window and two days later, voila!
I was outside shoveling today and saw a cool snow formation on the roof. Thought I’d share.

Fun in a box
We got a cool mitten drying rack (thanks mom!) in the mail the other day. We discovered it also doubles as a nice coat tree for kid coats. The kids oohed and ahhed appropriately for a few minutes, then noticed the box! Of course that’s when the real fun began… and lasted for about two full days (including a few bumps and bruises) before the box was nearly disintegrated and the bickering became too much for me… then out the door it went! :) It was fun while it lasted.
