On the way out of school today I told the kids that we had to go out the side door instead of the front door. Lex said, with wonder in his voice, “You parked in the teachers’ lot today?” I said yep and was amazed with the honest enthusiasm in which he replied, “Congratulations!! That’s one step closer to being a teacher!”

If it only it were so easy. :)
