Lex is the cutest little
clapper. I’m teaching him the word “clapping” and sometimes he
will clap when I ask him to. Such a good baby. It’s amazing how
the smallist, silliest things are so exciting when your baby
does them. This morning he was clapping with Grover – he had
Grover’s hand in his and he was clapping his hand to Grover’s.
He’s so much fun.
In case any one is wondering, we put Lex
in the laundry basket to keep him off the nasty bathroom floor.
We put Lex on the bathroom floor because there is not really
any other safe place in the bathroom. We put Lex in the
bathroom when we shower to get him some moisture in the
morning. He needs moisture in the morning because it is so dry
around here. It is particularly dry at night and on the side of
the house we sleep on. It is dry even though we keep the place
dusted and vacuumed, and run humidifiers all
day.
Can you tell that I have been reading
a lot of children’s books lately?
