Happy New Year! We had a quiet night, just
hung out with Heroux (a friend from school) and his girlfriend
Whitney. For those of you who know him, don’t forget to wish
the new year’s baby a Happy Birthday :)

This morning Lex was awake at 5am (which was harsh because
we didn’t get to bed until 2am), but we all snuggled in the big
bed and he let us doze until 7:30 – a much more reasonable
hour. We woke to a beautiful snowfall to start the new year
off.
