Eve took a great quiet time today, almost two hours! I was worried about what I’d find when I went upstairs to get her at the end. Here’s what I found!
The stickers came from a Halloween book we just got out of storage. Isn’t she funny?!
This afternoon we made caramel apples. Alan wanted one from the orchard, but they didn’t have any so I told him I would make him some. We made ten. The kids and I shared half of one this afternoon and decided the rest were for Alan :)
Turns out it's harder than anyone thought to put in the popsicle sticks!
Lex had a few bites and decided he did not like them. Too sticky and hard to eat.
Eve said it hurt her teeth, but continued eating it anyway until I took the apple away :)
All that and we still have two full bags of apples! :)

I would do just about anything for a New England caramel apple! YUM! It still feels strange to live in a state where you can’t go apple picking.
I hope those stickers came off without any pain!
