1. What’s the purpose of taking the Praxis before going through the prep program? (I know some states require the Praxis II for certification, is the Praxis I used as a baseline?…) Interesting. FAFSA/Student loans are easier to navigate than when we were undergrads. It’s all online — just have your tax return stuff nearby and write down your login information so you’ll remember it next year. (Since you’ll only log on once a year until you start making payments.)

2. I just did the FAFSA application tonight. Not too hard at all. I hope I did it right! :)

   I was told I needed the Praxis as a baseline. They say all incoming students need it. I saw on the Praxis site though that if you’re SAT scores are high enough you don’t need to do the Praxis. I emailed UVEI about that. We’ll see.
