Hey, that’s today! I was planning on making soup tonight too, but a meeting after school got me home fifteen minutes ago, and hubby has a 6:00 appointment in town…so the leftover lasagna is in the oven! I’ll have to try again tomorrow…potatoes, squash, diced tomatoes, carrots from the garden…uuummmm!
