Almost since the beginning we’ve been
\n bathing Lex by taking him in the shower with one of us. Seems
\n to work well. We tried the baby bath once or twice when he was
\n real small, but the shower is just easier. I tried the bath
\n again today, because I thought he might have fun splashing
\n around. He seemed to like it for a bit. But the problem is, how
\n do you actually get a kid (or anyone, for that matter) clean in
\n just the bath? As I see it, by the end of the bath he’s sitting
\n in dirty, soapy bath water. I don’t bath much, but when I do I
\n like to end with a shower to get all of the soapy water off.
\n What are you supposed to do with kids??? Like I said, sometimes
\n I feel like I must be missing something. What I did was turn on
\n the tap and rinse him under that. He didn’t like that much :) I
\n think we’ll go back to the shower for now, but I’m gonna have
\n to figure it out sometime because I don’t think we want to be
\n showering with him until he’s old enough to shower himself!
\n Those of you with kids, help me out here…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Sometimes I feel like I must be missing something.
