If you have to go, and we all will someday, at home and surrounded by family is the way to be.  <\/p>\n<p>Grandma died today.  Heart and kidney failure.  She chose hospice care instead of hospital procedures and she died at home, at peace, and holding Grandpa&#8217;s hand.
