I had a nice experience this morning. The
\n kids woke up happy and excited to go to daycare. Eve picked out
\n cereal spoons and milk while Lex packed blankets and doggies
\n into the daycare suitcase. They both ate breakfast and got
\n themselves ready (as best they can) and in the car. They were
\n happy the whole time. We got there and she took a book in while
\n he brought the suitcase in, both walked on their own, no tears,
\n both happy. We went inside, washed hands, big hugs and away I
\n went, with Lex standing at the window blowing kisses. The
\n teacher even called Lex “Mr. Lovey” when he was giving me a 3rd
\n or 4th hug goodbye. That made me happy to hear. I know he gives
\n her hugs and I appreciate that she sees him as “lovey” not
\n “obstinent” or “stubborn,” which were words that came up the
\n first day or two. Anyway, they seem to be settling into this
\n new routine quite nicely. That makes me happy :)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
