\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a> Not much time these days, but
\n I wanted to make a quick update. We took Lex in for his 1 year
\n well-child visit yesterday. Not surprisingly, he is a well
\n child :) He is also a pretty small child. He officially weighs
\n 20.72lbs (19th percentile) and is 28.74″ long (17th
\n percentile). The pediatrician wasn’t concerned about the size
\n though, because he did a great job of walking around the
\n office, talking to her, and showing off his clapping and
\n responding skills. She said he was doing great. In case we had
\n any doubt :)<\/p>\n

We also had a fabulous
\n birthday party. Twenty-six people who love Lex all showed up to
\n celebrate with him. Alan ran the grill and everyone was well
\n fed. Presents took awhile because Lex just wanted to “read” his
\n birthday cards and lead the crowd in outbursts of clapping. He
\n was great all day and fell asleep in his carseat before we were
\n out of my grandparent’s driveway. <\/p>\n
