What a lovely day today. Eve slept through
\n the night again and woke up around 6am. I was up at 5am to pump
\n (she lasts longer than I do!), then back to bed, up again at
\n 6am to nurse, then she fell asleep so we went back to bed again
\n at 6:30. I laid down figuring I’d be up again in a few minutes
\n with Lex, but he slept until 7:45 (!!!) and then Alan got up
\n with him, so I ended up getting up for the day at 9:15am!!
\n Amazing. Eve was still sleeping and Alan and Lex were outside,
\n so I got a nice shower (I can’t remember the last time I got up
\n and right into the shower) and got dressed before Eve woke up.
\n Alan and Lex were outside all morning. I nursed Eve, then
\n grabbed a blanket and the newspaper and spent awhile outside
\n reading the paper and watching the kids play. It was great!
\n Alan is off to work now, so I’m on my own this afternoon, but
\n man what a great way to start the day!<\/p>\n
Jim & Julie came up to visit yesterday (sparing us a
\n trip to MA this weekend) and with them they brought wonderful
\n news — a baby due in December!! Yay! I’m so excited! I like
\n babies :) So send your happy, healthy baby thoughts their
