\"\"<\/a>I’ve been kind of bummed this week because there
\n is so much going on, but I’m kind of trapped in the house.
\n Right now my entire family is on the way to SC to see Joyce
\n graduate from Clemson tomorrow (go Joyce!!), but I couldn’t
\n figure out a way to get down their myself. And Jim & Julie
\n had little Molly the other day and I just want to jump in the
\n car and go visit them, but I can’t do that either. My practical
\n husband says they need some time to settle in to their new life
\n anyway, but I say bah! And my two year old girl didn’t work
\n out, so it’s just my kids and our new 3mo old friend this week.
\n The babies are happy enough, but Lex is bored, bored, bored.
\n We’ve been doing a lot of baking this week, because that’s the
\n only project he seems to enjoy. Baking and block building. And
\n reading, reading, reading. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Anyway, the point of my subject line is that
\n sometimes I think plans were meant to be for whatever reason.
\n The day after I really wanted to go visit baby Molly, Lex woke
\n up with a very runny nose. And today, when I really wanted to
\n be driving to SC with the family, I ended up taking Eve to the
\n doctor for an ear infection diagnosis. The poor girl is none
\n too pleased with things today. Thanks goodness for Infants’
\n Tylenol! She’s actually
\n on the floor behind me right now, fussing, and (first time!!)
\n pulling herself up on the futon!<\/span> In both cases I
\n think it was good that I was where I was and not where I wanted
\n to be. <\/p>\n

So life goes on and we’ll get
\n through. We’ll see our lovely Clemson alumna (?) next week and
\n baby Molly soon enough. And we’ll figure out our days so Lex
\n doesn’t drive me too crazy with his boredom. Hopefully we can
\n get another toddler or two soon. Hopefully Eve’s ear infection
\n passes quickly so she can return to her usual happy, mellow
\n self. And on that note, I’m going to go snuggle and get
\n settled, ’cause I think her and I are in for a long
