The much anticipated playdate finally arrived today.\u00a0 Lex has been asking to have his friend over since nearly the beginning of school and we were finally able to arrange it.\u00a0 The boys were talking about it all week and planning what they were going to do and which toys his friend was going to bring over.\u00a0 They are cute!\u00a0 They did a lot of running around, played Legos, played chess (yep!), played outside and played a lot of “Star Wars.”\u00a0 I don’t think Lex has any idea what he’s playing, but his friend is a huge Star Wars fan and told elaborate stories while Lex and Eve ran along with him.\u00a0 Everyone had a great time.\u00a0 :)<\/p>\n

The kids were tired by lunch time when he went home! Needless to say long naps and quiet times ensued. After that we took a family walk in the mist to the post office.
