{"id":2115,"date":"2010-03-14T21:49:16","date_gmt":"2010-03-15T01:49:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/familyblog.datdec.com\/?p=2115"},"modified":"2010-03-14T21:52:19","modified_gmt":"2010-03-15T01:52:19","slug":"dry-nights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/familyblog.datdec.com\/?p=2115","title":{"rendered":"Dry nights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m a little nervous to write this and jinx us, but Lex has now gone six nights in a row without wetting the bed!\u00a0 Could he possibly be done with diapers?\u00a0 He has been marking D on his calendar each morning that he wakes up with a dry diaper and Alan told him that when he gets four Ds in a row he can try sleeping with no diaper.\u00a0 This week that happened!\u00a0 And then two dry, diaper-free nights followed!\u00a0 Yesterday Alan promised Lex a trip to the playground today if he had another dry night.\u00a0 This morning Lex was dry but the weather outside was most certainly not.\u00a0 Somehow, in Lex&#8217;s mind, that reward trip to the playground morphed into a trip to the &#8220;ice cream store&#8221; (the village store) and then when Alan woke up the plan became lunch at Friendly&#8217;s with ice cream to follow.\u00a0 I suggested a trip to the science museum afterwards to burn off the ice cream!\u00a0 The boys went out and had a great time!\u00a0 Eve wanted to go, but Lex decided this was his special treat (which was fine because she really needed a nap anyway).\u00a0 She was sad to see them go.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s\u00a0 a little video.\u00a0 Sorry again for the sideways.<\/p>\n<p><object classid=\"clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\" codebase=\"http:\/\/download.macromedia.com\/pub\/shockwave\/cabs\/flash\/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0\"><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/Y11d4CCbjKs&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1\" \/><param name=\"allowfullscreen\" value=\"true\" \/><embed type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/Y11d4CCbjKs&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2116\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/familyblog.datdec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/IMG_1673.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2116\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2116\" title=\"Saying goodbye\" src=\"http:\/\/familyblog.datdec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/IMG_1673-500x375.jpg\" alt=\"Saying goodbye\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/familyblog.datdec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/IMG_1673-500x375.jpg 500w, https:\/\/familyblog.datdec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/IMG_1673-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2116\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Eve watching the boys drive away.
